Our Mission Statement

About Us

Reidmount aims at providing the knowledge, skills, and values required to thrive in a rapidly changing world, and preparing students for higher education with qualities of confidence, discipline, eagerness, and empathy.

We offer English (Grammar and Writing), Mathematics, Semester Math, Science, and Drawing to students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12 (depending on location).

All new students will sit for an assessment and be placed according to their capability. Students can accelerate upon the recommendation from their teachers.

Our curriculum follows the guideline from the Ministry of Education and is slightly advanced. Like all good schools, academics are our fundamental priority. It is our goal to make education an uplifting experience.

We believe very strongly in the benefits of a solid academic foundation. In addition to classroom learning, there is weekly homework, and 3 tests preceded by reviews throughout the school year. Parents will be given status reports on their children's progress.

It is our objective to deliver quality education. Our course material aims at instilling and promoting interest. Class size is limited to ensure low teacher/student ratio and to induce class participation.

We warmly invite you to visit us on Saturdays at one of our six locations during the school year.  Call or email us to schedule an appointment to visit a school.  Click here to find our School Locations and Contact Information.

Learning without Boundaries

Since 1994 Reidmount Discovery Saturday Schools consistently provides a motivating platform for students to excel academically, develop self-discipline and gain confidence. We believe in education and education empowers people. We hope to make a difference and challenge the students' learning habits by encouraging ambition and inspiring them to be the best they can be. It is our conviction that self-esteem can be improved through academic success.
